OUR TERRITORY

Midwest Premier Representative Devine180 is working to create the “gold -standard” and eliminate the negative aspects of an unbalanced territory. We have embraced a plan which subdivides the territory into much easier to manage districts. 

This workload model includes the following key activities:

  • Creates the optimal territory workload

  • Calculate account and/or territory potential

  • Develop a territory balance index score, which at a minimum includes workload and opportunity

  • Identify territories that are 20-30% above or below the average index score and re-balance outlier territories

  • Focus our daily efforts to work with each of the integrator, distributors and consultants in each district supporting all pre and post sales needs
